In order to protect your investment at Bluff Woods, all landowners must abide by the protective covenants, which are recorded in the official Deed Book of Grundy County, Tennessee and enforceable by the community's developers and Property Owners' Association (POA) of Bluff Woods. All property owners at Bluff Woods are members of the POA.
The POA maintains a set of Policies, Rules and Regulations, representative of the collective thinking and shared community vision of the POA's members. This document addresses aesthetic, safety, procedural and other issues with the intent of making the Bluff Woods community a successful, tranquil and beautifully natural place to live and enjoy.
